Beech Hall has a very active, busy and friendly Parents’ Association. The role of the BHPA is twofold: to enable parents to get to know one another through social gatherings and to raise funds to enhance both the academic and sporting facilities of the School.

Past fundraising projects have seen the refurbishment of the Infant, Junior and Senior Libraries; Senior Recreation Area; Little Griffins’ Play Area, the Drama Studio/Theatre and, more recently, the IT Suites.  The Association also look to sponsor such activities as a Chess Club, a Cheerleading Course and Cycling Proficiency which will broaden the children’s education.

The BHPA have many events throughout the school year which include, but are not limited to, a breakfast event at the beginning of the academic year to both welcome new parents and to introduce them to existing parents; a Firework Display; a Christmas Fair; a Fish & Chip Quiz Night, the Annual Spring Ball; a Golf Day and the very popular Family Summer Party, all of which are well attended and supported by the parents of the School.
