In 2021 a group of Beech Hall youngsters successfully swam the English Channel. Two teams followed them in 2022, and two further teams are training to make the attempt in August 2023. A support boat is already booked for 2024. Training includes open-water in Liverpool Docks, Colwyn Bay and Boundary Park, cold-water swim training, as we well as in our own outdoor swimming pool.
