Individual Personalities Shine Through

This is the room of excitement and lots of hands-on experiences. The room offers creative, messy, construction, role play, singing and story times.

There is also time to sleep for our tired toddlers, they have their own individual beds for sleep times appropriate to each child’s needs.

Children are encouraged to be independent, making choices and solving simple problems every day.

The Yew Room has easy access to the nursery’s toilet facilities. The toilets and wash basins are at the correct height for children to promote independence in the bathroom.

In the Yew Room we continue to build on your child’s social and interaction skills and we usually notice that children begin to communicate more with their peers.
